There aren’t any religious views or philosopher quotes. The author doesn’t pour you with statistical data nor does he call upon psychology experts. So with this, you begin your journey in the book. ![]() Which “self” is the great author talking about? The one which comes surging high when someone throws dirt on us and we contemplate on taking revenge or the one who gets humbled by the outpouring love of strangers when we speak up the truth. And from here the author leads you into the first question room of the book. The deciphering of the above lines by the greatest playwright goes like this: To maintain an honest relationship with others we must be true to ourselves. The above lines from Shakespeare’s play Hamlet are the lines that the author uses to give you a glimpse of what the book has in store for you. “This above all: to thine own self be true,/ And it must follow, as the night the day,/ Thou canst not then be false to any man.” Each section has three to five chapters under it from The voice in your head to Infinite Energy to Stealing freedom from your Soul to Contemplating Death.
